Its older siblings, Workspaces, Expressions, and TeaCode, set the bar high with Workspaces being one of Setappp’s absolute favorites so we’re expecting the same level of excellence. The process of taking notes with SideNotes is very simple. SideNotes is Setapp’s fourth app that has been created by Apptorium. After clicking on the folder, you can see note cards one by one, with almost no redundant elements to interfere with the core function of "Quick notes". After clicking "Start", the folder list will be displayed first. There are two main interfaces, the folder list and the note list. Unlike regular note-taking apps, the SideNotes interface uses a pure cardlike design. In hot zone trigger mode, the application will be automatically hidden when the cursor is not in the note interface, except when you swipe horizontally, without disturbing your original work. There are a variety of ways to hide it, from the user tapping a button or swiping the two-finger trackpad horizontally to hide it. When the cursor moves to the edge of the screen, the note screen automatically slides out. This mode places a translucent Bar button on the edge of your screen, and when clicked, the notes screen slides out. Open Bar can be understood as a button trigger. You can choose Open Bar and Hot Side freely in the Settings to call out notes: SideNotes officially provides two ways to call out notes and several ways to hide them. The latest SideNotes is an efficient sidebar note-taking app that allows you to quickly take notes and ideas without switching between Windows.
